hola! i let the blog slip. my bad!

i’ve been cooking a lot lately. i have failed to take photos of it so i could blog about the process.  utlimately, its what i plan to do with this website.  i have made the decision to be better about it so expect lots of recipes along with step by step photos soon.

my trips to the grocery store are brief and cheap lately.  needless to say, im getting creative in the kitchen so expect wacky but simple dishes.
