The Rustillo Chicken Sandwich
As I worked at the Lab today I thought of everything I had at home and what I could make for dinner. I knew I had to use the whole wheat sub bread I had because it’s going to go bad soon. I remembered that last week I bought some Morningstar Chik’n Patties and then it hit me! Buffalo chicken sandwiches!!

I like a good sandwich…its one of my favorite foods. With the right ingredients the sandwich can go from good to memorable. Everybodys different when it comes to the sandwich. I’m a firm believer in “The Sandwich Shop”. Across my kitchen counter I put a spread of many sandwich fixins all ready for you to pile on your bread.
Along with the Rustilo Chicken Sandwich, Loren made his Black Bean Potatoes recipe. He heated up some Imagine Bistro Organic Cuban Black Bean Bisque and mixed it with some re-heated Chipotle Mashed Potatoes from the other night. We finished off the mixture with some veggie cheese shreds and cayenne pepper.
